Staff were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Good stay, bed huge and comfortable, nice room and bathroom, breakfast was a nice mix of English and continental. I didn't switch on the TV but it looked quality. Everything clean, however window open

Hotel rooms are clean and tidy but rather small. Staffs are sneaky and inflexible. Have some trouble with staff due to a cultural differences.

It was a few kilometres out of town but we had a car. It had everything we needed and was quite spacious . The staff were very helpful arranging for after hours key pickup and Internet connection . Only first 250 mb for Internet access was free . $2.00 pe
