The staff were so helpful and accomodating, whole hotel was clean and tidy, food was excellent.

Check in was simple and efficient and took only a couple of minutes

It was the worst experience in my travel life. They gave us bunk bed instead of twin room reservation without any notice and no apologies. Reception man avoided responsibility to make an excuse of manager's absence.

the location is away from the concrete jungles but only 20 minutes by train to nagoya

Heater s not working well, we called hotel staff to check it, he said it will heat up at night (but not at all) same as other room. We went for breakfast at 9am, and all foods gone
