Thanks to the front desk staff for their hospitality cause they had upgraded me and my daughter to the Ladies Floor. I will definitely stay there again for my next trip to Korea.

Room is fine - quaint and small. Area is good proximity to subway. Limited on locale restaurants. Must travel to other locales.

When will the new renovations and extensions be completed? Only problem is the air conditioner - it can never be adjusted as the hotel controls the temperature but at least the windows can be opened to help keeping the air fresh.-

I have been into loads of hotels but never seen one like this , where an executive room was worst then a standard room of other hotels , I would say rather stay in easy hotel then staying here , on top the staff was so rude n they won't help you with

Situated very close to warwick castle,and Shakespeare county beautiful surroundings

Would stay here again.
