Very French style, nice view of Sacre Coeur and nice Concierge

The rooms was clean, relativetly big for french hotellrooms and the bed was soft to sleep on. Very nice bathrooms and showers

Just 2 minutes walk from JR Sasebo Station. Room very clean and have full facilities.

Fast wireless internet, friendly & helpful staff at front desk and perfect loaction as the metro station is just a few steps away, and great restaurants nearby.

The guy behind the counter, while friendly enough, was utterly unhelpful, and couldn't deal with one client's issues if another client approached - he kept just leaving clients waiting for solutions to their problems. The lift was not marked out
