friendly staff, quieter environment yet near the tram and comfy rooms

great staff, clean room, good location

The hotel location is strategic, close metro rail and shoping centre.Many restaurant around the hotel. We were given an upgrade to a room with a classic interior rooms.

I do enjoy this hotel and frequently stay here. Its a 8,000 won to hongdae and iteawon 5,000 taxi ride. The subway is super close. Though the smoking rooms are a bit rundown the non-smoking rooms are much better. The rooms with the huge tubs be careful so

Shower dont work, bad bed, they give us the furthest room that have to go through so many door and have no ventilation, humid and wet bedroom, no air conditioner, just terible

the people and the rooms very comfortable

The location is good. The staff is all very nice. The interior is quite modern.
