Didn't get a meal. The ryokan was clean, staff was very nice, public bath was just ok. Should have more shower facilities available or have the public bath hours open longer. Bedding was comfortable. Staff was nice, albeit their English was not great,

Great location, right next to railway station, proximity to many shopping malls and airport transfer, very professional and friendly staff, good facilities, large room. Ash restaurant was good value for money, hotel facilities are better than 3-star hotel

Every thing was fine apart from we had no sky or digital tv.
