We requested an additional pillow for each person in our party - 4 persons (2 persons in 2 twin rooms). We were told only one additional pillow per room. That is not the level of helpfulness I would expect at a Citadines hotel.

The hotel was easy to find, both for public transport and car. The swimming pool and changing facilites were good. The staff were friendly.

Bad: Rooms are extremely small. Really. It's the first time in my life I had to pay for leaving luggage after check out. I think £10 charge fee is so expensive. No night light. Shower with no separation from the rest of the bathroom. You finish y
