Location, helpful staff, free wifi

Spacious room with all facilities & nice bathroom. An easy drive into town, with its 'Ditch'-side walks & views of Mount Taranaki on the way.

Metro station are nearby but not that close. Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were just nice and spacious enough for a couple. Enjoyed my stay here

Shame that 2 out of the 4 lifts were non operational throughout the 3 night stay. For a large hotel the staff were very polite and attentive.

Poor service. Room is smelly

As much I would like to find 3 good things about this hotel the only perk to this place is the location of it. Close to Hyde park and close to the tube, thats about it.
