Staff at front was not pleased to serve when we arrived and they looked frustrate when checking our voucher and not good voice when asking us the details

The room is very clean and the staffs are english speaking and friendly. Takayama can be easily explore by foot and thus, this hotel is ideal.

The best feature of the Tokyo Inn is that it is right next to elevator to the subway station, its access to low cost meals in the adjoining restaurant and its location to three good convenience stores

The room is big and very new after renovation! Nice hotel to live in a group, 2 bedrooms and one bedrooms also have 2 bathrooms, convenient for girls group

Facilities, resteraunts, gardens.

Such a small room! Probably good for one person, not two.. Few amenities like hair dryer, personal soap and shampoo, not from a dispenser. And not as close to airport as advertised.
