Room size, location and staff

Elevator not working

Hotel is in a very good location, near Akasaka-mitsuke station. Room is quite small (no cupboard to hang clothes) but comfortable enough for one person for a two-week stay. Like the tea and drinks available in the lobby, the rain shower and the toiletries

The location was great in front of the beach with many restaurant and activities around it. The SPA is a real one and pool heated perfect. the staff was veryh understanding and ftiendly

Classical Japan style hotel,very valuable to live there. But the room cleanliness should be more improved

Staffs are very helpful n kind even though they are over crowded n busy all the time.

The room is big, toilet space is reasonable,no cmplaint about the room
