good locaion, close to Paddington station, friendly staff

Great location near the metro

A very dated room.Wrong directions to shuttle out of date now and disintetested cool staff.No facilities other than shuttle remote but quiet.Needs a face lift and didappointing for this brand name.Poor food over priced for what we got.
