complimentary upgrade to suite far away from central near to O2 and cable car ride

The staff went above and beyond. Even though I did not purchase the "room with a view " the room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The en suite was of a high standard.

I booked for a room for 3 people, but it was somewhat small. Maybe it would be more appropriate for two. Room was clean, but I smelled an disgusting odor that night, which was maybe from the food the host was eating. It wasn't that pleasant experience

We received great service while staying here. Very accommodating. The door man was the best!!!

The location is really good, near Bayswater station. A room is not too small and good decorate. WIFI is good signal. Really value for the price you pay.
