One of the most amazing stays in London. The staff are fantastic very friendly and professional. The hotel is glorious rooms are spacious and so clean. All products used are white company so all top notch!! This is officially my favorite hotel in London!!

great food good location

the room was clean and comfortable. there is alot reastaurant around the hotel.

ocalisation is excellent, close to metro with lots of shops nearby. Cleaning was good, reception people were very professional.

Just breakfast every day such tipical British after 3 days come to another hotel, to change meniu.

Was fine for 2 nights. Not a sensational location (a walk to the tube and any big attractions). Murphy bed and quite dated bathroom (buzzing lights). staff was nice. Not sure I would go out of my way to go back.

Directions given by hotel from Rail Station to hotel are clear. Only15 to 20 mins walking to City Center & major attractions. Staff helpful & polite. Quiet surrounding areas with lots of greenery & trees.
