Great location, fantastic service, great rooms

Experiencing a chateau; Library/Bar and designer cocktails; charming helpful staff

Confusion at check-out as to whether I had already paid the bill despite presenting the Agonda voucher at check-in. They initially tried to charge me again but fortunately my companion speaks good French and was able to help. After checking (with whom?)

Location was OK distance for traveller.

Only about 6-7 mins walking distance to Paddington station. Hotel with lift. Quite good hotel in this area.

I didn't actually stay as I was sick and couldn't make the trip but the staff on the phone were lovely and amended my booking from a saturday to a sunday night but I still was unable to attend.

Centrally located, friendly staff, nice spa
