1. location - relatively ok, 2. price (very expensive comparing to the value provided, yet not a rip-off like other Paris hotels), 3. easy access to subway

Location, staff, breakfast

You can reach the hotel within 15 minutes from Haneda. Also easy to access Sibuya, Shinjuku, or Ueno using Linkai San. Very clean and the bed is extremely large even for the couple.

Looks good on outside

Accommodation was ok. Mostly neat and tidy. No hook to hang towel or clothes in the bathroom :-(
