      Went as a party of 3 - room is not that big with 2 double beds as we had 3 large luggages but still fairly comfortable. Location is good within the city centre and parking is easily available

      I got this hotel because Agoda had it rated as a 5-star and it was a good price. Now I know why the price was low. The hotel was run down, we were one of only 3 rooms in the hotel, the lobby smelled, and half of the amenities didn't exist anymore.

      The New Otani Inn is well situated in Yokohama with lots of amenities. It has a vibrant fun feel. The views are magnificent and perfect for traveling in that area. I strongly recommend this hotel.
