All the staff is very gentle but only can apologies in front of repeated mistakes (issue with keys, mini bar empty and fridge without electricity, concierge who forget to follow up request)
Moreover the laundry service is incredibly expensive almost 50$
Lovely hotel with spaceous room, clean, cool and nice. But had some very dissapointed children when we found out you had to be an adult to use the in-door pool and that the outdoor-pool was not open untill summer which was after July 7.th.
