Convenient location, close to subway and 24h markets. English spoken by empoyees

I agree with other travelers' reviews. It meets all your basic needs. The bed was comfortable, the deep tub was nice for taking long baths.

We were a group of ladies mixed ages from 24 to 61 celebrating a 30th birthday. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Staff very helpful, especially Charlotte who always seemed to be on duty. We had breakfast which was well worth the money and we were pleas

location, location, location

Shower was spoilt, air con was barely circulating any air (it is summer) pillows were barely lumpy and flat, and some of the receptionists were rude when informed of these matters.

Booked a Compact Twin, room is small and old, cant even find a space to open my large luggage, with the same price that i can have a better room from Imperial Hotel. Staff is polite and helpful, the shuttle bus service is awesome, every 6 mins have a shut
