      Hotel condition is not great, quite dirty and a lot of bugs both outside and in the rooms. Service was average, only geared towards golfers. Kid activities we not running and the kids club was dirty and smelly. Room service food arrived cold and quill

      Staff is kind, they loan us an ac adapter. Room was very clean and cleaned up every day. The Jr station is really near The front door of The hotel. Really good experience.

      Near Odori Park, convenience store but a bit far from the nearest subway station. Facilities and amentities meet the standard but no drink/food is provided in the fridge. Basically, just ok.
