The power in the room kept shutting down. One time it made a bang. Had to change room to basement where floor tiles were unstable, broke and taped together. Staff did all they could.

Recommended! Near JR Fukushima Station, beautiful night view, hot spring water, big room and bed. We are satisfied with this stay.
