Staff, location, free wifi

clean,tidy and ideally sited for where we wanted to go

Disappointing cos we hv to climb the narrow stairs to the attic where our room was. The heater was not working and the water was freezingly cold. 1 of the staff does not have a friendly face.

Very nice design and hotel, nice location, a bit expensive.... breakfast is impressive of two choices at two different location, but would prefer buffet style.

Gym and pools

Superb hot spring, in particular the outdoor pool. Will come again. Thanks!!

Wifi was included in the hotel description when I booked but it ended up costing me a lot of money for the week- $20 per device each day.The room was tiny especially the bathroom.Staff were helpful and good location. Breakfast was a good standard.
