Notified upon arrival of dangerous broken fridge door and nothing was done to upgrade or repair the facility.
all kinds of excuses yet the building and repair teams are on site and should have been able to fix or change this fridge
Clean, very friendly and helpful staff, good location, rooms rather dated, however, and not exactly cheap. Seems the hotel is in the middle of a refurbishing exercise, which is a good thing.
Needed somewhere central to stay in Auckland City Centre that had decent tourist access and proximity to bars & restaurants. It did tick those boxes...hotels in Auckland are not the best value for money generally and this more Serviced Apartment conce
