Rudest manageress I have ever encountered, the impression I got is that there is a scam going on between the night porter and the management. So be careful, when you are told that the breakfast is included by the night porter check as you will get charged

But unfortunately the reception team were not that friendly at times they were downright rude and you certainly didn't feel like they wanted to help you
