Accidentally booked a room which didn't have a view (no day light) but one of the managers was so nice and moved me to a different one- thank you so much for that! So- I had a great stay!

Staff very helpful. I dropped my phone in the taxi and they went all the way to help me track the same.

We stayed there for 3 nights in tatami room. With young kids we cannot find better type of room -- no need to worry about them falling from bed anymore, though the room is a little aged. The breakfast is pretty good -- a lot of variety to choose from. The
