We stayed at Ginza Capital during the cheery blossom season and the rates were still remarkable affordable for a hotel nicely situated near Ginza and Tsukiji. It is right next to a metro station (Shintomicho). The rate also comes with an excellent breakfa

right in the middle of everything,near the River, The Louvre, The Opera,lots of restaurants,rooms were a surprise with a spiral staircase to the bedrooms, comfy beds two tv's showing multi language channels including English.
