Quiet nighbhood,sky TV,nice house

Room was cold as we were assigned to last corner room. Quite far walking distance to lobby. No elevator and have to carry luggage to the room which was quite tiring. Location is near Waitomo Caves which is perfect for short stay.

It was OK staff friendly great location but room was in basement smelt bit musty.. Need bigger breakfast room due bit of a queue...

nice people in the reception, very close to subway, a very cute river very near aswell.

Really easy to get to and from terminal 5 on the free bus that runs round the Heathrow area. We just used the bedroom as our flight was early so can't comment on anything else

Ontbijtbuffet,goed gelegen om van daaruit uitstappen te doen,nette kamers en rustig gelegen met ruime parking.

The location is excellent and the restaurant in the hotel is good. Despite the fact that it is a bit expensive, the staff is helpful and the room is satisfactory and comfortable.
