location, value for money, friendly staff

Room was really small. As with many European hotels, there is no lift and I had to lug my luggage through a very narrow stairway up 4 levels (please pack light or request for a lower level). Otherwise, location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk away

The view was truly amazing but didn't compensate for the lack of a shower or the overly soft bed.

The staff were great and allowed us to check out a little later than usual. The room was nice, with a nice clean and big bathroom and the location made it easy to find even to us non-locals

Location and room are great. Frontdesk services are good. Overall a nice stay. The downside of the hotel is that the carpark is small and cannot house the large 8-people car. We need to park to the other designated carpark of 10 mins walking distance w

The location was great and only 20 mins to the Hakata Port terminal. There are plenty of places for shopping, dining and there is 100yen bus can be accessed. Only the wifi needed to be fixed. The Internet was so slow.
