      Hairs in bath and towel. Breakfast had to wait 20 mins to be seated when there was plenty of tables. Staff were sluggish serving. No bitter with toast and no teaspoon with tea. Overall very disappointing. Won't stay there again and won't be recomm

      nice british decor. there is a good Japanese restaurant in Sapporo Factory (near the India and the Chinese resturants), around 1,000 JPY for a set lunch.
