Location, restaurants in the area, friendly service

very good, very satisfying

Staff including dining staff, receptionist, domestic staff. Room very clean and replenished with clean towels every day. Standard of food was excellent.

Though not located in the central part of the Sapporo, it is still easy to get to the central part of Sapporo easily via bus. The hotel also provides free bus transport from its APA hotel at Susukino after 1830 hrs.

Bed sheet made me have bedbug, room with smell, staff english level unexpected low and no any normal facilities for guest!!

Great location but room uncomfortable as there was no AC which is unacceptable these days in a hotel of this standard even in the UK. This made the room very warm and opening the window just let the noise in from the cobbled street outside. I will be av
