      the room is too small. and there is no fun or airconditioner in the room, which makes me sweat during sleeping.

      A little bit old with red carpet. The room looked like passing WWII yesterday. A lots of story in it. Crowded and rip-off hotel paid car park

      We had beautiful views over the river and city. The room was lovely with a firm very comfortable bed.All the the staff we encountered where fabulous.The service was 5star and genuine.We will definitely stay at Imperial Hotel again.

      during my booking i have read a Number of reviews before deciding on booking this motel. I am quite surprised what i have read vs the reality. the room is very old, seems not clean. Kitchen & toilet floors were very old and dirty, the floor is kind

      Heater s not working well, we called hotel staff to check it, he said it will heat up at night (but not at all) same as other room. We went for breakfast at 9am, and all foods gone
