The first impressions I got from the hotel was how rude the staff were. Having travelled extensively over the last two years this has to rate as the faulty towers of all hotels.

This hotel is less than 5 mins walk from Vaugirard subway station. The area is quiet and safe

Lovely quiet hotel right on the lake and short distance to Bowness

lots of parking spaces if you arrive with car, but when the time I want to check in the staff old man he could not understand English. I waste my time like 25min for him to let me check in.

Went for a night out in Birmingham, the rooms were ideal and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
