Some staff can not understand English. Very small rooms and expensive with the kind of facilities they offer! The only good thing is The hotel is accessible to the train station .

Good location and facilities. Some staff were good but others a bit distant but overall would recommend this hotel

Only there for an overnight stay. Check in was quick, twin room was large and spacious with a large clean bathroom with separate shower and bath. Price of room a bit steep but was high quality. 5 mins walk from Piccadilly Station.
