Great location, friendly staff, nice view

Clean hotel, good location and close o everything,

Nice staff, lovely food and good location however there was a few things that let it down

the hotel was in a good location near to subway, shopping, etc walking distance to ginza shopping area, off course its more expensive coz the area and the hotel standart are international size, so the room was spacious, amenity was exellent, breakfast al

Staff is average friendly, they ask your key when leave the hotel every time. My locker was locked but they didn't attend to it even after I complained about it. Location is good and and very near to the metro and Eiffel Tower. They provide new towels
