The facilities and front of house are lovely. Staff are hit and miss. However, my room was appalling, the service in the restaurant was poor and the food is expensive, slow to arrive and the dinner menu lacks options!

Near few restaurant, local market on weekends and close to Metro subway.

Amazing service. Very nice room and quite sizeable. And the small kitchenette means you can look after your dog better. Definitely coming back

Close to public transportation, clean facilities

We paid good amount for 4 nights stay , at this amount breakfast should've been included. But it was not to be and it was far from the airport terminal as wells as the main business district of Yokohama.

I stay in half sea view room with hubby, The room can heard all the sound come from next door, cannot slep well when during holiday, it's not worth for this price! I was when 2 hotels this time in Busan, if compare with my 2nd hotel, this SeaCould hot
