The guy behind the counter, while friendly enough, was utterly unhelpful, and couldn't deal with one client's issues if another client approached - he kept just leaving clients waiting for solutions to their problems.
The lift was not marked out
Since it is Hilton, we have some expectations.
It's a bit old, e.g. The shower doesn't have enough water pressure.
The staffs at the front desk are not familiar with their work. The staff who issued the bill has made mistake to the calculations.
Fast and efficient shuttle service. Room was outdated but it served our layover purpose. Staff was very friendly. A lot of eating choices immediately around the hotel.
