Walking distance from Paddington station. Comfortable bed and room. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you for leaving a good memories for us in London.

Other than Location, nothing much you can say about this place. All the furniture really looks dated now. You can see some of the wallpaper have bubbles mark (water sipping into the building etc). Needs an update soon.

The staff where very welcoming, we loved our room - great facilities (the hot tub was a bonus!), and breakfast included made for a relaxed morning - a little oasis close to the town centre - we will be back :)

We arrived at noon to be told that check in is at 16:00 and the room is not ready. Although they knew we were in town, we could not get the key until 15:45. And yet, the next morning, with a check-out limit of 11:00, they pounded on our door at 9:20 to

Loved the granite baths and the good beds. Also nicely furnished with wood accents. Very friendly staff and truly good coffee at Palm Cafe.
