The staff we very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The mineral bath in our room was great, it was nice to experience the local hot springs in the comfort of our own room.

We arrived during Golden week , on arrival tried to make a dinner booking for the same evening - nothing avalible !!!! At any of their restaurants - except buffet at 5-30 . We ended up with room service . As an international hotel this is very poor, Also
