The hotel is nice and the staff is very pleasant. The property is not in town but is only a few minutes away from town, decent shopping and narita airport. very good price compared to tokyo area hotels of similar ratings.

I get a good room in this hotel. It has a good space and big bathroom.

Room was quite basic but the restaurant was great. Friendly staff who held our luggage whilst we explored. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of Waitomo village.

Ample parking, fantastic showers, quiet location but walkable to main sights

The room is spacious and tidy with good accessibility to different locations. The only thing that will deduct the rating is the air-conditioner, which will spray lots of dust when on and there is a bad smell. Aside from this, everything was perfect! I
