Location is good

We booked this last minute due to a cancelled flight. The price was cheap. Hotel staff were not super friendly nor helpful. The hotel looks grand, but is a little run down. In saying that, for the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised by the way the

Hotel is connected to Susukino Underground Shopping Area and Metro Station. Serves very nice breakfast and is located next to many eateries / restaurants. Room is pretty small but staff service is very good and accommodating! Worth staying back in the sam

Another 1 night stay for me have been 3 times now to this hotel, actual event was at the hotel, the staff are great the food is good and the rooms clean comfortable with fab walk in shower. Will come again when I am next up to Birmingham.
