A fabulous hotel in the fantastic location. This was our second stay and we wouldn't stay at any other hotel in Lyon

I enjoyed the food so it saved me time in looking for a another restaurant. The room was a good size except lacking a a desk for work.

Service, prices were low, Staff very helpful

Room is very clean & spacious. When arrived staff was fantastic & friendly but when leaving service was bad. Ask the staff for a taxi & they did help me get 1 but when taxi arrived, at least 4 staff was standing watching me struggling with 4 l

Rooms are badly in need of renovation. Windows are poorly insulated, heating minimal, no mechanical ventilation in rooms or bathrooms. Bathrooms are better having been recently renovated but lighting is completely inadequate. Breakfast can be had for 30%

Very clean room, good front of house service, good breakfast and ideal location for walks and exploring. Can't ask for more!

Free WIFI, parking & great location with nice rooms!

The hotel was disappointing on almost every count. It needs to be totally renovated. Staff were very pleasant.
