Cheap, easy check in and out, clean basic room.

Our window was broken, it opened only 5 cm for fresh air and the bottom was damaged causing a constant draft. The concierge and Security manager were amazingly helpful when I needed to get ahold of the airport immediately!

Hotel staff are polite and patient. Room, although is small, is well equipped and clean. Will consider booking this hotel if I have the chance to visit again.

Why is call Hotel where by it is just Hostel.Toilets are common shared toilets. Good thing is opposite streets are chains of eatries. Old furnishings and facilities.

Room is a bit bigger than other hotels of the same price. Location is 2 train stops from Shinjuku. Takanobaba train station is just across the hotel and there are a lot of restaurants/fastfood nearby. Good internet connection. The downside, no english cha
