      The location is amazing, on the lake waterfront! So beautiful and peaceful. Staff is good and welcoming. Grotto spa is relaxing. Food is to die for- delicious and mains portions are filling. Must stay if you are in Taupo!

      Metro and JR, just few minute walk, very convenience. The best thing that i really glad i choose this hotel because its my last night in Tokyo, and i can caught Sky Access train to Narita from nearby Daimon station.

      The room is ok, but the bathroom is too small and the amenities are too little. Very near to lancaster gate subway station and entrance of the hyde park.
