Comfortable stay, convenient location, helpful service

아들이랑 같이 투인룸으로 정했는데 싱글룸으로 배치되었어요. 그 원인에 대해서 명백한 설명이 없었고 사과도 없었어요. 3층에 온천이 있는데 그게 무료가 아니라 유료였어요. 이부분에 대해서도 체크인시에는 설명이 없이 다음날 결제내역서에만 적혀있었어요. 돈이 많아서가 문제가 아니라 전반 서비스가 체계적이고 규범화 되지 못했다는거죠. 내역소도 체크인시에 왜서 받지 못하는지 모르겠어요. 달라고 했는데 무조건 다음날이라야 된대요. 그리고 호텔이 산등에 위치하고 있

최고의 위치(샹젤리제 거리와도 가깝고 루브르 튈리르, 콩코드 광장에서도 가까움!!), 시설에 비해 상당히 저렴한 가격(동급 다른 호텔들 사진보다 현대적이고 깔끔해 보여서 선택햇는데 실제로 그러함) 여행 마지막 날에 잠시 짐도 맡아주는 서비스도 함. 객실에 에어컨도 있음!!

From the minute you arrive at this very well located hotel, you are looked after by the front end staff. Our French was basic but their English was great & no request was too hard to achieve.
