      The attitude of the desk manager was in particular very appalling. Least attention paid to customer needs and very unhelpful nature. Hotel in itself was good in location and built.

      The only thing we didn't like was the guy next to our room through the double doors watching TV at 3:30 am till 6:30 am. We could hear everything.

      Clean and neat rooms, having AC was a definite plus in Paris!! Excellent location right near Charles de Gaulle Etoile Metro station, yet tucked on a quiet street. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
