Their staff was super helpful and kind. The location is super close to the gate of the grotto. Our room was vry clean :)

Room was very cramp and there was a malfunction in the light switches so all the lights were on as we slept as we couldn't put them off, the only advantage to this hotel is that is close to the train station and dotonbori area
