Outdoor Onsen, good food, clean room

The hotel is location is in the vineyards of champagne. We had stayed at this Campanile Dizy hotel several times in the past and always enjoyed the hotel and the proximity to Epernay. Like many things, aging has not been kind to the hotel. Initial trouble

the hotel was small, elevator is slow and small, bathroom was not clean, room was average, one of the attendant were very arrogant, not going back

Did not know parking had to be booked. Lack of parking facilities. No information that the is a laundry room.

Good location- near restos, convenience store,pastry shop, transportation, metro stations. Room & bathroom are large (for a Paris standard) and basic needs/requirements are met/provided except for the usual free coffee/tea and bottled water, provision

At the bathroom shower, drainage hole is very dirty so that collect water. At first, hotel staff told me that wait to tomorrow. I told him we ( my wife and me) are don't shower yet. Staff used tool to suck drainage hole, but shower room become very ve
