Staff were not friendly or helpful. Our rooms airconditioner didn't work, we were only given one towel between us and it seemed too much of a hassle for the reception to organise a second one, wifi didn't work well and no hot water in the morning.

Appreciate the higher quality of this hotel, staff lovely, room felt lush and lovely

Great location next to Westfield and within walking distance to Holland Park area. Onsite parking is great with alternative parking at Westfield. Very good.

Location close to centre and on bos route Staff polite and friendly Basic but clean room

good location....near train station.....hotel room is modern except lightings are a little too dim. To increase lights to white color which will be brighter for older people.

Went as a party of 3 - room is not that big with 2 double beds as we had 3 large luggages but still fairly comfortable. Location is good within the city centre and parking is easily available
