The three best things about this hotel were a) its central position to Victoria Rail/Underground/Coach Stations, b) the friendliness and courtesy of all staff and c) use of mobiles discouraged.

Stay here for 2 nights. Overall, the hotel is nice and staff are generally helpful. Although the exterior looks old, the rooms are newly renovated and quite functional.

Central location, easy access, surprisingly quiet for a city centre location

The bed was like sleeping on a stone slab. Don't buy the breakfast, save your money and get some better food outside the hotel.

very good hotel. Bring children to Disneyland, it's a good choice. since we have two children, the hotel prepare an extra bed for us for free, very nice. but during weekday, the shuttle bus to Maihama station not quite frenquent, pls notice.
