High quality finish, especially the bathrooms, nice communal lounge, $15 for unlimited wifi (first 50Mb free) was great, and the $2 laundry (+$2 dryer) with free detergent is a very nice touch for those looking to travel light.

Our double room was extremely small, so that we couldn't lay down 2 suitcases and get out the door. We requested a different room, and the staff offered us one room, then said we had to pay $100 additional, then said it wasn't available, then said

Our apartment was beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated as well clean and well-maintained. It also had its only patio. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent as it was quiet and only a 5 minute walk to Gloucester tub

Ugly room with old very lumpy soft bed, sinking furniture, black mold starting in shower, sandpaper bedding, hospital lighting, overpriced restaurant for just ok food...

We had a lovely weekend at The Hallmark, the staff were friendly and attentive and made our stay very pleasant. Would recommend.
