Most of the hotels were quite full in nagoya therefore we had to stayin this hotel for one night. We asked for non-smoking room however the bathroom still has a strong smell of smoke. Air refresher didn't help. They also didn't provide toothbrush

The staff at the reception are very nice and helpful. The hotel location is very good if you are looking for a budget hotel.
